Covid-19 Protocol
A message from our President, Chelsey Hall
To Our Valued Customers,
As our communities continue to feel the increased impact of coronavirus (COVID - 19), we feel it is important to share with you the extra precautions we are taking to help keep our customers and team members safe and healthy during this difficult time. Please be assured we have protocols in place and are working with the guidelines provided by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and local public health officials at the Kern County Public Health Department.
We feed many people who are immunocompromised, cancer patients, and people who suffer from celiac and autoimmune disorders. We consider ourselves to be a crucial part of the fix, ensuring that the sick don’t get any “sicker”. Our Community depends on us to keep them fed, healthy and safe. With that said, we did decide to close our doors to the public during Food Preparation and Cook Time Blocks, but since have opened back up, allowing only 5 customers in at a time. This seems to work out well, especially now that most of our customers pre-order and accept delivery.
We are also offering No Contact Curbside Service and Home and Office Delivery seven days a week.
We’ve instructed anyone who is not feeling well to stay home out of an abundance of caution and to contact their doctor immediately if they experience symptoms.
As things progress, we may implement additional preventative measures to ensure the well- being of our customers and team members, which includes staffing or service modifications. Any necessary changes will be communicated by myself or a member of our Team.
