A message from our President, Chelsey Hall

To Our Valued Customers,

As our communities continue to feel the increased impact of coronavirus (COVID - 19), we feel it is important to share with you the extra precautions we are taking to help keep our customers and team members safe and healthy during this difficult time. Please be assured we have protocols in place and are working with the guidelines provided by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and local public health officials at the Kern County Public Health Department.

We feed many people who are immunocompromised, cancer patients, and people who suffer from celiac and autoimmune disorders. We consider ourselves to be a crucial part of the fix, ensuring that the sick don’t get any “sicker”. Our Community depends on us to keep them fed, healthy and safe. With that said, we have decided to close our doors to the public during Food Preparation and Cook Time Blocks.

In addition to adjusting our hours we require all employees (our Core-Staff Group of six employees) to wear masks, gloves, and hats at all times. We are also closely monitoring who our staff comes into contact with, asking them to only go to and from the kitchen and Home.

We are also offering No Contact Curbside Service and Home and Office Delivery seven days a week. 

We’ve instructed anyone who is not feeling well to stay home out of an abundance of caution and to contact their doctor immediately if they experience symptoms. In addition to following CDC Guidance and partnering with our local health department, our Kitchen is prepared to close if anyone has been in contact with anyone else who has received confirmation of a positive Covid-19 Test.

As things progress, we may implement additional preventative measures to ensure the well- being of our customers and team members, which includes staffing or service modifications. Any necessary changes will be communicated by myself or a member of our Team.
